Needle bearing removal method

Percussion method
The percussion force is generally applied to the inner ring of the bearing. The percussion force of the shielding machine room should not be applied to the rolling elements and cages of the bearing. This method is simple and easy, but it is easy to damage the bearing. The inner diameter of the copper rod or other soft metal material against the shaft end, the lower part of the bearing with a pad, lightly tap with a hammer, can be removed. When applying this method, attention should be paid to the proper position of the cushion block and the correct focus point.
Hot disassembly
For dismounting tight fit bearings. First, pour the engine oil heated to about 100°C on the bearing to be removed with an oil pot. After the bearing ring is heated and expanded, the bearing can be pulled out with a puller.
push method
Use a press to push the bearing, the work is stable and reliable, and the machine and the bearing shielding machine room will not be damaged. The press has manual push, mechanical or hydraulic press push. Note: The force point of the press should be on the center of the shaft, and the pressure should not be biased.
pull out method
Using a special puller, when disassembling, as long as the handle is rotated, the bearing will be pulled out slowly. When removing the outer ring of the bearing, the two legs of the puller should open outward; when removing the inner ring of the bearing, the two legs of the puller should face inward and be stuck on the end face of the inner ring of the bearing.
