Sealed Angular Contact Bearings

Almost all bearings now are sealed, the purpose of which is to prevent the leakage of lubricant in the bearing part, and to prevent external dust, moisture, foreign objects and other harmful objects from invading the bearing, so that the bearing can operate safely and durably under the required conditions. Labyrinth seal:

Under normal circumstances, the use of mechanical maze sealing can seal the gap unilateral 0.2~0.5mm, with its sealing blowback, the effect is better. The more stages of the maze (not less than two levels), the smaller the clearance, the better the sealing effect, the sealing gap according to the size of the angular contact ball bearing is taken radially unilateral 0.6~1.5mm, axial 4~6mm.

Contact skeleton oil seal:

The function of the skeleton oil seal is generally to isolate the parts that need lubrication in the transmission parts from the output parts, so as not to let the lubricating oil leak, which is widely used in rolling mills, and can be used in two or three parallel in order to increase the effect. The oil seal is directional and cannot be reversed. Hot rolling mills are generally equipped with two oil seals, and both oil seal lips must contact the outside of the ball bearing housing diagonally to prevent external dirt from penetrating.
