Designed for the severe radial load conditions of rolling mill stands and continuous casters, the BC4-0118 four-row cylindrical roller bearing can accommodate dynamic load ratings up to 12,500 kN. Its compact four-row staggered roller arrangement ensures uniform stress distribution in high-pressure areas, enabling stable operation at speeds up to 1,200 rpm. The bearing inner ring features a 1:12 tapered bore (K-type) that allows an interference fit using a hydraulic nut or adapter, eliminating fretting corrosion on critical shafts in coil processing lines. The W​​33 suffix indicates three lubrication grooves and oil holes on the outer ring, which are compatible with centralized oil and air systems for continuous lubrication in dusty environments such as cement plant kilns. The preset C3 radial clearance accommodates shaft expansion in the dryer section of paper machines.
